Experienced event producer who has led production & operations for some of North America’s leading festival properties and helped start the first course in the U.S. focused solely on music festival production. Past projects include: Tortuga Music Festival, KAABOO, Pemberton Music Festival, Gridlife, BUKU Music + Art Project, Afropunk, Samsung Galaxy 8 Launch and many others. Through his work in special events and passion for culture economics, David has fostered government relations and community partnerships at local, state, and national levels in India, South Africa, Canada, and the United States. Each event established a platform to serve a community’s needs, drive economic growth, and bring awareness to various causes in today’s ever-growing attention-scarce world.

He had a hand in creating the award-winning Rock The Ocean's Tortuga Music Festival (Ft.
